Practical Mindfulness for Campaign Life:
How to Stay Grounded, Focused & Effective Through the November Election
A 4-Week Program for Campaign Staff
Program Overview
If you are involved in the 2026 election and wondering how you’re going to make it to November without burning out or blowing up, this program is for you.
This 4-session program offers space for campaign staff to take a beat before the election heats up and learn some practical mindfulness tools to support you in your work. You’ll learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in a way that’s customized for campaign staff, and you’ll leave the program with practical skills that will help you stay grounded, focused, and effective through November and beyond. Each session includes simple teachings, short mindfulness practices, and practical techniques you can use every day.
Come for the short break you’ll get in your day (because you need it!), and stay for the chance to be in community with other people doing this work.

Teaching Background
This program is offered as the practicum course for my Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, where I have been studying to become a mindfulness meditation teacher.
After working for more than 20 years on political and advocacy campaigns, I now focus on helping campaign staff build the skills necessary to sustain in the important work of protecting our democracy.
You can learn more about this work on my website and on my new (and growing!) Substack.
