Program Overview
If you are involved in the 2026 election and wondering how you’re going to make it to November, this program is for you.
This 4-week program introduces campaign staff to mindfulness meditation and offers practical tools to support you through the final months of the campaign. In 4 one-hour sessions in July, you will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in a way that’s customized for campaign staff, and you’ll leave the program with practical skills that will help you stay grounded, focused, and effective through November and beyond. Each session includes simple teachings, an opportunity for short meditations, and practical techniques you can use every day.
Come for the short break you’ll get in your day (because you need it!), stay for the chance to be in community with a small group of people doing this work, and leave with tools to support you as you do the important work of supporting our democracy.

Teaching Background
This program is offered as part of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, where I have been studying to become a mindfulness meditation teacher.
After working for more than 20 years on political and advocacy campaigns, I now focus on helping campaign staff build the skills necessary to sustain in the important work of protecting our democracy.
